Part time EA to Sales Team – hybrid working offered

3 or 4 days per week, with 2 days in the office near Liverpool Street

Maternity cover starting early September for 6-9 months

Up to £50k per annum

I am delighted to be working with a boutique, yet global, asset management company, looking for an EA to the Sales Team, with proven experience of coordinating roadshows.

They are looking for an EA to cover the maternity leave of their current Assistant, working 3 or 4 days each week, with a minimum of 2 days in the office. Hours are 9am – 5pm, with flexibility around this if needed.

The current Assistant will be going onto maternity leave in September, so they are looking for someone who can start early September, to allow for a handover.

What you will do:

  • Support the Sales Team, with some based in international offices
  • Manage complex diaries
  • Arrange meetings with investors, across multiple time-zones
  • Coordinate roadshows, arranging all logistics with meticulous precision, as well as virtual roadshows when needed
  • Process expenses in both Concur and Expensify, depending on who the expenses are for
  • Print decks for meetings
  • Update Salesforce with any relevant information

    • Who you are:

  • Proven experience of coordinating roadshows for investors is essential, preferably within asset management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • The ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines
  • Ability to remain calm and accurate under pressure - and to be thinking ahead to avoid issues before they arise
  • Enthusiastic and motivated team member
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, alongside experience with Salesforce would be advantageous
