We are looking for a motivated andsales-orientedBusiness Development Specialistto join our team on a part-time basis. This role requires excellent communication skills and a minimum of 3 years of experience insalesand business development, preferably within the training industry or a related field.
You will be responsible for expanding our client base, managing key relationships with financial institutions, and driving candidate registrations for our training programs. Your efforts will directly contribute to growing our business and increasingsalesacross the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and maintain contact with banks and other financial institutions across MENA, especially within GCC countries, to present and explain our training product offerings.
- Manage the vendor onboarding process with clients, ensuring smooth and timely completion.
- Coordinate candidate registrations between clients and the GCI team.
- Facilitate communication with training and testing centres, as well as trainers, to organise and conduct courses effectively.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increasesalesand expand market presence.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to alignsalesefforts with overall business goals.
- Prepare and deliver presentations or proposals to potential clients showcasing our value proposition.
- Provide regular reports onsalesactivities, client feedback, and market insights to management.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience insalesand business development, preferably in the training industry or a related sector.
- Strongsalesskills with proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Comfortable with remote work and frequent travel across MENA, especially GCC countries.
- English (additional languages, mainly Arabic, are an advantage).
- Highly organised with keen attention to detail.
- Experience with vendor onboarding and client registration processes is a plus.
- You should be remote within the MENA region.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
- Stable internet connection is a must
