About the role of Project Manager: Working on commercial office fit out projects valued around £5 - £30 million, with a focus on CAT A and CAT B fit out. Responsibilities for Project Manager: Involved in tendering, presenting programme & logistics (supported by Director level) Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to site staff Devising cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion Requirements for Project Manager: Experience working as a Project Manager on commercial fit out projects across Central London Experience working at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor CAT A and CAT B commercial fit out experience Experience working from pre-construction through to delivery What we offer for Project Manager: Full autonomy to present ideas to directors and make key decisions A company who care about employee progression with 49 promotions last year!
