Reports To: Sales Director Location: Office-Based – Manchester City Centre
Role Purpose:
We are seeking experienced and motivated property sales professionals with a proven track record of selling off-plan property investments and residential homes, particularly within the Manchester market. Based full-time at our Manchester city centre office, the successful candidate will play a key role in guiding both investor and owner-occupier buyers through the purchase process. This is a face-to-face, office-based position with some weekend work required.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement Conduct property tours and client viewings for domestic and international buyers, including investors and owner-occupiers. Qualify enquiries and manage the full sales journey from initial contact through to exchange and completion. Represent the company at sales events both locally and overseas. Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and referrers. Provide tailored advice based on client profiles and investment or lifestyle goals. Deliver clear and professional communication via phone, email, and in person.
