Benefits Up to £30,000 per annum depending on experience Excellent and generous commission structure Fantastic work culture, friendly, inclusive and supportive Team social activities in and outside of work City central location 10 minutes from the train station Responsibilities: Introducing property investment opportunities to a mix of new clients and existing investors through a variety of business development activities Achieving set sales targets and KPIs on a daily weekly and monthly basis Calling new leads each day to establish the needs of the investor Keeping up to date on pipeline contacts to ensure regular communication Holding video and face-to-face meetings to present current opportunities Seeking out collaboration partnerships to help promote opportunities and expand client reach Keeping accurate records on the companys CRM system and updating own activity Researching and understanding the current UK property market. Providing accurate and up-to-date information about properties to sell them effectively and ethically R
esponding promptly to enquiries and requests for information by sending out information packs Building strong relationships with new and existing investors, returning calls and sourcing information Requirements Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Driven and outcome focused with high levels of resilience and adaptability Highly structured and organised to deliver work promptly and to a high standard Team Player who is able to build long lasting relationships at all levels Previous property experience advantageous but not essential
