About the Job

Write realistic tasks and scenarios reflecting real‑world real estate sales to evaluate and improve AI model responses. Responsibilities include creating situations involving property showings, client consultations, pricing negotiations, market analysis, and closing transactions; handling buyer objections; preparing comparative market analyses; coordinating with lenders, inspectors, and staging advisors; and navigating multiple offer situations. Review and evaluate AI responses for accuracy and professional standards, providing detailed feedback and improving AI training.

Qualifications

• 4+ years professional experience as a real estate sales agent in residential or commercial property sales.
• Demonstrated professional recognition and management responsibilities.
• Proficient with using computers and navigating various software systems.
• Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills.
• Pass video interview, background check, training, and qualification quiz.

Preferred

• 14 years experience preferred.
