Source top technical talent across Software, Cloud, Data, Cyber, and Infrastructure using advanced search techniques.
Conduct engaging screening calls to assess skills and motivations.
Build long-term relationships with candidates and match them to the right opportunities.
Create compelling content to attract passive candidates on social media.
Manage offers and influence decision-making to secure the best outcomes.
Grow your network and develop a strong understanding of your technical market.
