The Regional Director of Sales - Europe is responsible for leading a high-performing team of Account Directors to drive revenue growth for the FS portfolio globally.
With a deep understanding of the luxury travel market, the Director will cultivate meaningful relationships across key accounts, partners, and internal stakeholders. This role requires a strong ability to influence and collaborate across the broader Commercial organization, ensuring seamless integration of sales strategies that support long-term business growth.
Additionally, the Director will contribute to global initiatives and cross-regional projects, bringing strategic insight and leadership to elevate our position in a competitive market.
Oversee the European Worldwide Sales Office team.
Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned segments.
Lead the annual Sales & Marketing Plan.
Drive performance via clear objectives and revenue targets.

Lead property support initiatives like FAM trips and activations.

Manage and mentor regional sales teams.
Lead performance reviews and development planning.
Promote succession planning and talent growth.

Represent Europe in global sales initiatives.
Support new hotel openings with strategic input.
~ Account & Partner Management
Ensure delivery of strategic account plans.
Oversee non-standard contracts for compliance and alignment.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Sales, preferably in the luxury hotel industry.
~ Previous experience in a Marketing role is considered an asset.
~5+ years leading and managing a Sales team.
