Located either in the United Kingdom, our future Regional Sales Manager will be part of the growing worldwide commercial organisation of more than 75 people.
You will be responsible for developing sales of Exail's extensive product portfolio in defence applications and managing sales actions in the region to meet targets.
Job Description :
1/Sales Activity
Responsible for the companys sale
budget in the regionSupport and develop existing clients
through visits, phone calls and exhibitionsProactively develop new business
opportunities through effective prospectionPrepare tenders and pre-qualification
tendersCo-ordinate the targeting of new
areas of businessPrepare quotations and system
proposals with the support of Headquarters, product teams, & the Head of
sales in UKNegotiate commercial conditionsPlan and co-ordinate sensors and
systems demonstrations with technical teamsManage on-going programmes to meet contract
and customer objectivesPrepare and carry out technical sales
presentations with the help of BDM's and product managersAppoint, manage, and support a
network of agents and distributors to best achieve the companys sales targetsLiaise with the technical teams and Exail
divisions on each project requirementsAttend conferences and exhibitionsAttend corporate events 2/Analysis, Reporting & Communication
Deliver regular and accurate
reporting and forecastingMaintain up-to-date customer records
and sales database in the CRMBuild and manage an efficient Sales
Action PlanPrepare customer and project mapping for
complex sales and tendersContribute to the wider sales teams
knowledge base and communicate regularly with wider European and Global sales
teams through the Sales Organization Profile
Business/Sciences/Engineering degreeProven track record in a technical
sales role10+ year sales (or equivalent)
experienceFluency in English, additional
languages an assetAbility to work autonomously and
cross-functionallyAbility to listen, empathize, think
critically and strategically, show enthusiasm, tenacity, curiosity, with good communication
and teamwork skills
