Lead and develop a dynamic team of Account Managers focused on retention and strategic expansion. # Own and drive regional revenue and gross profit performance across your client portfolio. Lead, coach and develop a team of Account Managers, ensuring strong delivery against KPIs. Develop strategic growth plans for key accounts, identifying whitespace opportunities for service expansion. Maintain accurate team pipelines, ensuring sales discipline, qualification, and progress through the sales cycle. Provide reliable forecasts and performance reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer. Contribute to commercial leadership discussions to share insights and maintain consistency across regions.
5+ years of experience in sales leadership or account development roles within an MSP or IT services organisation. ~ Proven ability to grow revenue and gross profit through strategic account development. ~ Deep knowledge of IT managed services, including Microsoft 365, Azure, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure. ~ Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of pricing strategy, gross margin, and deal structuring. ~ Strong relationship-building skills, particularly with C-level and IT leadership. ~ Organised, data-driven, and proficient in pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM use. ~
