We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead 4 Sales Executives across the Midlands and South, with your focus firmly on coaching, mentoring, and strategy execution. Your role will be about building capability, driving performance, and creating a culture of success.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead, inspire, and develop a team of 4 to consistently exceed targets.
* Deliver structured coaching, regular 1:1s, and skills training to sharpen performance.
* Monitor KPIs and sales pipelines, spotting and solving performance gaps early.
* Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and proactive customer engagement.
* Align your region with wider business objectives to maximise market share.
What You’ll Bring:
* Must-have: Leadership experience within the Materials Handling industry (e.g. forklifts, lifting equipment, warehouse automation).
* A proven ability to coach, mentor, and deliver measurable sales improvements.
* Commercial acumen with a strategic mindset able to see the big picture.
* Exceptional communication, influencing, and motivational skills.
* Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the region.
