Regional Sales Manager : Field Based

As the Regional Sales Director for UK & Ireland , you’ll be at the forefront of our mission to help organizations discover and secure their connected devices. Lead and coach a Team: Manage and inspire a top-tier sales team to exceed targets while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Drive Growth: Define and execute the sales strategy for the UKI market, ensuring consistent pipeline growth and forecast accuracy.
Collaborate Globally: Work closely with marketing, product, and global sales leadership to align regional goals with the company’s broader vision.
Experience: 10+ years in enterprise sales, with 5+ years in a leadership role, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or related technology fields.
A strong track record of meeting and exceeding multi-million-pound sales targets.
Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to motivate teams, manage complex sales cycles, and influence at all levels.
