Regional Sales Manager required to drive regional Sales within the district heating industry. Must have proven sales success in District Heating / District Energy or a closely related industry along with a strong mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems, such as heat pumps.

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + Bonus + Car or Allowance + Expenses
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
As Regional Sales Manager , you'll lead business development and account management across the United Kingdom, alongside a couple of other sales colleagues. You will be working closely with consultants, contractors, and distributors to grow sales and enhance brand visibility. Heat Network experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver and exceed regional sales targets across bookings and shipments
Develop and manage key client relationships, becoming the Basis of Design (BoD) early in project stages
Create proposals, quotations, and solution-based presentations using a structured sales process
Expand the customer base and drive brand loyalty through campaigns and strategic engagement
Monitor competitor activity and adapt sales strategies accordingly
Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reporting and forecasting
Represent the business at industry trade events and support wider business initiatives
