Glendola Leisure’s London venues — from iconic pubs and restaurants to new
concept openings.
You’ll own the growth strategy for group
bookings, private events, and trade accounts, working hand-in-hand with our
venue teams to turn ideas into action. This is your chance to take the lead in

What You’ll Do
· Drive revenue growth: Take charge of proactive outreach,
networking, and new business generation across all London venues.
· Build partnerships: Create and nurture strong relationships
with local businesses, event planners, and corporate clients.
· Plan strategically: Develop and deliver tailored annual
sales plans aligned with business goals.
· Collaborate smartly: Work closely with venue and marketing
teams to ensure aligned, high-impact sales activity.
· Champion data: Use tools like DesignMyNight and
CRM insights to track results and spot growth opportunities.
· Represent the brand: Be a Glendola ambassador at events,
meetings, and trade shows — raising our profile across the London hospitality
scene.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of proactive,
outward-bound hospitality sales experience with proven results. - Strong commercial instincts
and relationship-building skills. - A self-starter mindset —
comfortable managing your own time, targets, and priorities. - A passion for hospitality,
events, and delivering experiences that delight guests. - Confidence representing
multiple venues and tailoring your approach to each.
