Regional Sales Manager (London and South East)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our busy UK Sales Team, covering London and the South East. Reporting to the Director of Sales UK & ROI, you will drive sales and profitability across the region, launching innovative new products, supporting our distributor network, and identifying new growth opportunities to strengthen our competitive position. This is a field-based role requiring extensive travel across the region, occasional overnight stays, and some weekend working. Ideally, you will be based in the South East of England.
Key Responsibilities Deliver sales growth and ensure regional profitability. Launch new products and strengthen market presence through distributors and buying group members. Manage and grow existing accounts while developing new business opportunities. Build strong customer relationships, ensuring they are supported, engaged, and equipped for success. Deliver product training and presentations to varied audiences. Use CRM and data insights to track performance and inform action.
Skills & Experience Proven track record in regional sales management (ideally within tools, hardware, or related industries). Experience working with distributors, buying groups, or channel networks . Strong commercial awareness with ability to negotiate, influence, and close sales . Proactive self-starter with excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills . Confident in building trust quickly and delivering effective presentations. Competent with CRM systems and Microsoft Office . Analytical mindset, able to interpret sales data and convert insights into profitable actions. Passion for innovation and adaptability to new product launches
