About the Role:
At Meiko, we’re growing fast—and with growth comes opportunity. We’re excited to announce anewly created rolefor aRegional Sales Managerto help us expand our presence in The Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland. This is a unique chance to shape the future of our sales strategy in a key market.
This position will be remote working. The role will involve regular travel and some nights away from home as required, as well as occasional international travel to our Head Office in Germany.
In this position, you will be responsible for the sales development of all MEIKO products. You will secure new business for the company, broaden the current client base, and maintain good working relationships with existing customers. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will take ownership and accountability for allocated sectors, create, and maintain a database of all partners & customers across the regions where there is an opportunity to supply the Meiko range.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Identify opportunities for growth and up selling.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on account performance.
- Present the MEIKO offer and engage with end users and Distributing partners.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of working with a capital equipment manufacturer.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to research and make strategic decisions to grow the business.
