We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our team. This is a remote opportunity based out of the United Kingdom.

Job Summary

The Regional Sales Manager works within an assigned territory and is responsible for identifying new business, contacting and generating customer leads, arranging appointments, demonstrating company products and service solutions, negotiating and closing new business opportunities. This candidate will be working with commercial, enterprise, and government customers for the UKI selling our mobility, identity governance, PAM and SSO solution set, as well within a defined existing healthcare territory. This candidate will be working with our commercial team to leverage their success and go to market strategy, and the UK Regional Sales Managers in our go to market in the healthcare space. Critical to this role is the expansion of Imprivata’s revenue footprint within established clients and the development of new business opportunities leveraging our partner community.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Exceed booking quota targets.
  2. Target and gain access to decision makers in key prospect accounts.
  3. Develop and execute account strategy for major accounts and opportunities as per territory assignment.
  4. Engage in complex selling to multiple buyers: IT leadership, Clinical leadership and Security Officers. CIO, CMIO, CMO, CNO and CSIOs. Finance, Business Office and Patient Accounts departments.
  5. Work cooperatively with Imprivata partners to leverage their established account presence and relationships.
  6. Manage demonstration and evaluation activities with the help of the SE team.
  7. Capture, maintain, and disseminate accurate and relevant prospect information.
  8. Maintain accurate forecasts in accordance with company guidelines.
  9. Collaborate with internal resources such as Sales Operations, Finance, and Operations to ensure all orders are booked properly.
  10. Coordinate with Customer Success Managers, Support, and Engineering to resolve customer issues.
  11. Work collaboratively with Sales Specialists to drive business in assigned accounts.
  12. Other duties as assigned and required.

Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. 10+ years selling security technology solutions in Healthcare.
  3. Proven track record of exceeding booking targets.
  4. Comfortable engaging with senior executives.
  5. Effective presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  6. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  7. Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  9. High energy, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
  10. Ability to speak Arabic at a professional level.
  11. Located within the assigned territory region.
  12. Willingness to travel up to 70% within the territory for meetings, trade shows, and events.
