Headquartered in the West Midlands, they operate from two distribution centres and maintain a close-knit team of around 55 employees, including a dedicated sales force.

Their product range spans mid to premium price points and is backed by a full-service model that includes in-house design, manufacturing, and sales. Sustainability is a core value, half of their product range is sustainably sourced, their vehicle fleet is fully hybrid/electric, and they are certified for their commitment to ethical and environmental standards.

The Role As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll take over one of the company’s top three territories, covering Chester to Northumbria, across to Hull, and down to Sheffield (excluding Leeds). You’ll inherit a warm desk with existing accounts, but new business development is a key focus.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you’ll manage a portfolio of 350–400 independent accounts and groups. This is a consultative sales role where you’ll build long-term relationships, guide customers on product selection, and leverage the company’s extensive marketing resources.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly sales of £50,000, with commission starting at £16,666/month Manage deals ranging from £2,000–£10,000 Hit annual billing targets of £600k–£800k Use a newly implemented CRM system to manage pipeline and activity Attend 3 major international trade shows annually (Paris, Milan, Munich) Spend 3–4 days in Bromsgrove office during onboarding to meet brand managers and align on strategy

What We’re Looking For

Field sales experience (essential) Product sales background (optical, consumer goods, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or medical tech) Optical industry experience (beneficial but not essential) Strong relationship-building and customer service skills Organised, analytical, and strategic mindset Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel Based within the region (ideally around Preston, Blackburn, or Bradford)
