Reporting directly to the Sales Director – North, you’ll be at the heart of our regional strategy, shaping performance, culture, and growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll:

  • Lead and coach a team of Account Managers to hit revenue and gross profit targets.
  • Drive pipeline health through weekly forecasting, deal reviews, and strategic planning.
  • Deliver impactful team meetings, monthly 1:1s, and KPI reviews to support development and reduce attrition.
  • Manage a small portfolio of customers, ensuring satisfaction and commercial success.
  • Champion onboarding and training for new hires, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Collaborate across departments—from Service to Solutions—to align priorities and accelerate deal progression.
  • Represent the region in QSRs, Blueprint sessions, and internal training initiatives.
  • Step in as acting Sales Director when needed, ensuring continuity and leadership.
  • What You’ll Bring

  • Proven leadership in IT services or MSP sales environments.
  • A track record of exceeding revenue targets through structured performance management.
  • Expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity qualification.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of cloud, Microsoft 365, security, and support solutions.
  • Confidence in stakeholder engagement and data-driven decision-making.
