Regional Sales Manager – UK / EU - Maritime Tech – Permanent – Remote – £ Negotiable

Are you a seasoned sales pro in the maritime industry, ready to turn cutting-edge marine tech into commercial growth? We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead our expansion across the UK and EU. You will be based in the UK.

• Our tech is already trusted by 400+ vessels worldwide to reduce fuel burn, emissions, and costs – and we’re just getting started.
• You’ll own the go-to-market strategy across UK and EU, scaling direct sales and building a best-in-class distributor network.
• Your insights will help shape our next-gen product roadmap – you’ll work closely with the board and development team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Hitting ambitious revenue targets.
• Building & coaching channel partners, while winning key accounts yourself.
• Spotting new product opportunities and feeding them straight into R&D.
• Representing our tech at global exhibitions and seminars.
• Regular travel in the EU

What You Bring

Experience in the Maritime industry and a proven track record of multi-channel sales growth across international markets

Ability to influence senior stakeholders and close complex technical deals

Passion for a “customer-first” culture, backed by disciplined CRM execution
