Role: Regional Sales Operations Manager - EU

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of approximately 10 Sales Operations Employees throughout Europe including Switzerland, the UK, Germany, and the Netherlands.
• Drive projects involving multiple departments such as operations, sales, finance, and IT, ensuring successful completion.
• Prepare and present customer executive presentations, reports, spreadsheets, charts, and data analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
• Build management reporting packages covering inventory levels, order management, and delivery analytics.
• Drive monthly forecasting for orders, revenue, and inventory development.
• Manage company inventories, including onsite consignment and standard products for quick sale.
• Maintain and execute inventory processes to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventories to ensure accurate levels and KPIs, maintaining supply continuity.
• Lead customer service teams to ensure accurate order management and positive customer experiences.
• Act as the main escalation point for major delivery and order issues, collaborating with global VAT facilities.
• Coordinate capacity planning and resource availability with manufacturing, purchasing, and business units.
• Lead operations and logistics projects domestically and internationally.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Experience in operations, order, and inventory management, including team leadership.
• Background in sales and distribution with a focus on inventory controls.
• Experience in process engineering and continuous improvement.
• Hands-on problem-solving approach.
• Strong desire for process improvements and project management.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and report development.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Fluent in English and German.
