The Regional Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by combining a strong technical understanding with exceptional customer relationship-building skills. They will work closely with clients and prospects to generate new business, manage existing relationships, and contribute to the company’s overall sales strategy. Lead and manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals. • Prospect and identify new business opportunities and generate leads to grow the customer base. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. • Carry out Site Surveys. • 3+ years of sales experience, ideally within a Construction/Plant-related sector (not essential, but highly preferred). We also welcome applicants from the Construction/Plant sector who are interested in transitioning into sales. • Full driving licence essential • Travel throughout a large territory
