The role of Field Sales Engineer Power involves expanding the customer base for power products, creating demand for new designs, and generating profitable sales within the UK. Responsibilities include:
- Identifying new customers and markets for power products
- Following up on leads with new and existing clients
- Understanding power products, their applications, and markets
- Setting and achieving sales targets in coordination with management
- Participating in regular sales meetings
- Presenting product benefits to customers
- Negotiating and managing contracts to meet expectations
- Maintaining sales data and providing reports
- Attending training to stay updated
- Managing administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and database updates
You will have
To succeed, you should have:
- A degree in Business, Engineering, Electronics, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of power products and applications
- Experience in sales techniques, preferably field sales
- 2-3 years of experience in electronics circuit or systems design (preferred)
- Strong numeracy and commercial skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build relationships
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Valid driving license
- Professional appearance and readiness to travel within the territory
