You will develop professional relationships with our customers and optimize base sales, NPD & promotions. You will ensure great visibility in retailers and delivery of sales capabilities. Your drive will lead you to deliver the field KPI's and hit your annual objectives.

• Ensure maximum visual impact and optimal shelf availability through merchandising techniques.
• Implement and monitor promotional activities.
• Manage point-of-buy materials placement and implementation.
• Report on activities.

More about this role

What you need to know about this position: You will be visiting a pre-determined number of independent and symbol retailers regularly. You will work closely with a Cash & Carry wholesaler in or near your territory. You should be sensitive to customer needs and help grow their snacking range. This role is remote, and you will play a key part in building a motivated and collaborative team.

Additional qualities: FMCG or proven sales experience, passion for Mondelez brands, a competitive yet team-oriented attitude, and resilience.

Education / Certifications: Preferably minimum of A-level education, but not essential.

Job specific requirements: A driver’s license with a maximum of 3 points, comfortable driving automatic or manual vehicles, and ability to work independently. Strong numeracy and communication skills are essential.

Travel requirements: Occasional overnight stays may be required.

Residency: Reside in one of the districts below: West London - Neasden, Kilburn, North Kensington, Ladbroke Grove, Notting Hill, Shepherd's Bush, Paddington.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday.

Relocation support: Not available.
