Base pay range Account Director – B2B Sales (Remote, UK or US) Location: Remote (United Kingdom or United States) Employment Type: Full-time Function: Business Development / Sales Overview Our client, a leading provider of B2B marketing and demand generation solutions, is seeking an experienced Account Director – B2B Sales to drive revenue growth across enterprise and mid-market accounts. This role offers the opportunity to engage with senior decision-makers, deliver tailored marketing solutions, and contribute to a high-performing, collaborative sales team. The successful candidate will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and strategy development to pitching, negotiating, and closing deals—while leveraging strong consultative selling skills and deep industry knowledge. Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans to expand client portfolios and increase annual contract value. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective prospecting and market research. Deliver compelling sales presentations and achieve targets through disciplined time management and pipeline control. Craft tailored value propositions and proposals that address client objectives and demonstrate measurable impact. Negotiate and close complex, high-value deals while managing renewals and long-term client relationships. Stay informed on market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to position our client as a trusted partner. Collaborate closely with client success and delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation and retention.
Requirements
Minimum 6 years of experience in B2B media, digital marketing, or demand generation sales. Proven success closing six-figure+ deals and achieving or exceeding revenue targets. Strong consultative sales skills and ability to engage with C-level executives. Demonstrated ability to design and execute sophisticated account growth strategies. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities. Agile mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Must have a reliable internet connection.
