    Job Description

    My client is looking for a Sales Account Manager to join their high-performing Hospitality & Residential team, market leading within the 4/5-star hospitality space. We are looking for a consultative sales professional with strong relationship-building skills, a passion for premium experiences, and the drive to grow new and existing business.Covering the London market, you'll thrive here if you're proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced sales environment. A proven track record working within the hospitality sector / selling a premium product or service is highly desirable.As a Sales Account Manager, you will:

  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets across your London territory
  • Account Management - Manage a number of high-end hotels / residential apartment blocks
  • New Business - scope out new business opportunity across the London hospitality & residential market
  • Create and present CAD visuals to clients (full training provided)
  • Manage your market and pipeline in line with sales productivity standards
  • Stay up to date as a product and solutions expert
  • Deliver a premium customer experience, including attending key installations
  • Work with finance to support proactive credit collection
  • Maintain accurate CRM and quotation data
  • Lead weekly pipeline reviews to drive conversion and forecast accuracy
  • Monitor and report on market, segment, and territory trends.

    The Successful Applicant

    The Successful Sales Account Manager:

  • Proven track record in both account management and business development
  • Proven track record selling into premium hospitality or selling a premium product / solution
  • Experience in managing complex deals and selling solutions
  • Consultative selling approach and negotiation skills
  • Resilient prospector/business developer
  • A strong passion for sports and fitness / wellness
  • Excellent listening, communication, and presentation abilities
  • Hunger and results-driven mentality
