The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing new enquiries, coordinating orders, and identifying sales opportunities. Strong organisational skills, effective communication, and a collaborative spirit will be essential to achieve their annual sales targets. This position operates on a Monday to Thursday schedule, offering a great work-life balance with a total of 40 hours per week. However, if a Monday to Friday arrangement works better for you, the company is open to considering that as well. Duties - Sales Account Manager Responding promptly and professionally to incoming sales enquiries across various channels (email, phone, web, social media). Qualifying and prioritising leads based on urgency and potential value. Nurturing prospects through the sales funnel with personalised follow-ups. Managing the lifecycle of customer orders from quotation to production, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Collaborating with customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction and feasibility. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while developing existing accounts. Experience required - Sales Account Manager Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities and resolving problems.
