What Youll Do
- Build trusted relationships with estate agents and mortgage brokers to increase engagement and referrals.
- Regularly check in with partners to understand their goals, challenges, and how we can better support them.
- Grow your accounts by delivering excellent service and earning introductions to new introducers.
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve partner performance and deepen loyalty.
- Use HubSpot to track interactions, measure account growth, and stay organised.
- Represent Altium at industry events and networking opportunities (occasional travel required).
- Solid B2B sales or account management experience - ideally in property, conveyancing, or financial services.
- Someone who genuinely enjoys relationship building and thrives on helping others succeed.
- A proactive communicator with strong follow-up habits.
- Experience using HubSpot (or similar CRM) to manage accounts and track performance.
- Conveyancing knowledge is helpful but not essential - full training will be provided.
- Basic Salary up to£26000DOE
- OTE £50k+ with uncapped commission earn more as your relationships grow - success is in your hand.
- Remote-first role with occasional travel.

Requirements
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
- 1 year of B2B account management experience (preferred)
- 1 year of sales experience (preferred)
- Remote, with occasional travel to events or partner offices.
