Looking for a role where you can support the international wholesale team in providing exceptional customer service ?

If so, we have an opportunity for a Sales Administrator (International Wholesale) to join our Wholesale Sales team here at Craghoppers

The Impact you will have in this role is:

Order processing

  • Manage Pre-Season/ In-Season orders efficiently and accurately complying with customer specific requirements and warehouse processes
  • Knowledge of International pricing models, including pre-order and in-season discounts, and promotional offers.
  • Accurate preparation of country specific export documentation and thorough understanding of Incoterms®
  • Assist with onboarding new International Markets including all customer data requirements

Stock Management

  • Proactive management of customer orderbook including back orders, ensuring timely updates to customers regarding PO due dates
  • Manage stock issues effectively, collaborating with the Planning Team to ensure timely and complete delivery of customer orders

Customer Profile

  • Extensive Knowledge of the customer and country specific legislative and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure customer specific processes are being adhered to such as item labelling and packing requirements
  • Maintain the customer profile database

Customer Support

  • Ensure all daily business is completed on time.
  • Continue to promote a high level of customer service
  • Assist with coordination and delivery of all salesman samples

Self-management

  • Great team player who also works independently with minimal supervision and ensures escalation process is followed
  • Maintain meaningful Personal Development Plan
  • Takes steps to constantly refresh understanding of best practice and knowledge of business performance

As our future Sales Administrator you will have:

  • Fluency in English and another European language preferable but not essential
  • Strong market knowledge of the outdoor industry would be advantageous
  • Excellent customer service experience in export environment
  • Understanding of international logistics and Customs paperwork
  • Previous experience on D365 operating system an advantage but not essential
  • Excellent communication, strong work ethic & positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management
  • Good IT skills including intermediate Excel and Microsoft office
