Role Overview: We're looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional experience to our customers. This is a key role that supports our Sales and wider business teams, ensuring that customer orders are processed efficiently and that communication flows smoothly across departments. Key Responsibilities: Process and manage customer orders accurately using our ERP systems Provide prompt and professional responses to customer enquiries via phone and email Liaise with Production, Planning, Logistics, and Accounts teams to ensure on-time deliveries and invoicing Maintain up-to-date customer records, pricing, and account information Support external sales teams with quotations, order updates, and customer information Handle product and delivery queries, coordinating timely resolutions Assist with customer complaints, ensuring all administrative follow-up (credit notes, replacements, etc.) is completed Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and internal processes Provide general administrative support across departments as needed About you: Essential Skills & Experience: Previous experience in sales administration, order processing, or customer service Strong organisational and communication skills (written and verbal) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines in a busy environment Personal Attributes: A proactive, 'can-do' attitude with a commitment to high-quality service Team player with strong interpersonal skills Reliable, adaptable, and calm under pressure Keen to learn about our products and customers What We Offer: Competitive salary Opportunities for career progression and professional development A supportive and dynamic team environment Work with a reputable brand known for high-quality products and services Ready to make an impact?
