A growing and dynamic business based in Sheffield is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their busy and expanding sales department. This is a newly created role due to continued growth and offers a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive and fast-paced team.
Your new roleAs Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the internal sales function and ensuring excellent customer service. Reporting to a busy Sales Director and working closely with the wider sales team, your responsibilities will include: Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently using SAP Producing complex customer quotations Providing updates to customers on order status and delivery timelines Supporting commercial administration and internal sales processes Handling customer queries and building strong business relationships Producing sales reports and analysis using Excel Assisting with customer engagement and internal reporting What you'll need to succeed /to be successful in this role, you will ideally have: Previous experience in a sales administration or internal sales support role Strong order processing and quote production skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Good working knowledge of Excel for reporting and data analysis Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems (desirable) A proactive and organised approach with the ability to multitask in a busy environment What you'll get in return Competitive salary based on experience Full-time, permanent position with stable working hours Opportunity to join a growing business with a supportive team culture On-site parking and accessible location in Sheffield
