Salary: £26,000 plus commission
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent – office-based with occasional flexibility for remote work
1to1 Group is currently recruiting a Sales Support Administrator to join a growing independent business. The role involves handling calls, providing accurate quotes, closing sales opportunities, and performing various administrative tasks such as appointment booking and invoicing.
This customer-facing role requires providing excellent customer service to both new and existing clients within a showroom setting. Candidates should be able to plan logically, multitask efficiently, and learn quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones & handling queries
- Booking appointments
- Closing sales after providing quotes
- Planning installations & managing diaries
- Dealing face-to-face with prospective and existing clients
- Post-installation administration
- Quoting & invoicing
- Billing
- Managing social media posts
- General administrative duties
- Managing warehouse, overseeing deliveries & collections
- Dealing with suppliers
Skills Required:
- Customer service skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- CRM experience (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) – preferred but not essential
- Proficiency with email, G Suite, and Google Calendar
- Experience with Excel
- Xero accounting software – preferred but not essential
