Sales Administrator– Weybridge office.
\nHours: 9:00 – 5:30, Monday to Friday
A leading global real estate consultancy and estate agency, headquartered in London, is seeking a Sales Administrator to join its busy and dynamic Weybridge branch, based in the High Street.

The Weybridge office covers both City and Country residential sales markets, offering a fast-paced, professional environment. The role is well suited to someone with prior administrative or coordination experience who thrives on organisation, enjoys problem-solving, and can adapt to shifting priorities. The Administrator will support a dedicated sales team while working closely with a collaborative and supportive operations network.
\n\nKey Responsibilities:
\n\n- \n\t
- Delivering an outstanding client experience. \n\t
- Handling incoming calls and client enquiries. \n\t
- Supporting client and property onboarding, including assisting the sales team with property promotion. \n\t
- Maintaining databases and compliance systems. \n\t
- Managing accounts tasks, including generating invoices, processing expenses, and monthly reconciliations. \n\t
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports. \n\t
- Troubleshooting system processes and procedures. \n\t
- Assisting with performance monitoring through reporting. \n\t
- Producing property brochures, e-marketing content, and social media campaigns. \n\t
- Collaborating with colleagues across Weybridge and national offices. \n\t
- Coordinating office events and attending regional/company events. \n\t
- Overseeing health & safety protocols and office facilities, including IT and contractors. \n
Candidate Profile:
\n\n- \n\t
- Flexible, adaptable, and cooperative approach. \n\t
- Calm and professional under pressure. \n\t
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills. \n\t
- Strong written English and grammar. \n\t
- Self-motivated with a team-focused mindset. \n\t
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in operations, administration, or secretarial roles (preferred). \n\t
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. \n
