Sales Administrator

Our Kingston based client is seeking a full time Sales Administrator to join their team.

About the role:
This is an exciting time to join their sales team. The role will involve supporting the account managers with administrative duties to provide the best possible service to their existing and potential new customers.

Main Duties include but are not limited to:

Daily Communications: take charge of sales inbox & deal with day-to-day queries as needed. This may involve for example product information requests, specifications for products or sending out samples.

Sales administration including:
New line forms
Promotion forms
New product suggestion templates
Product data changes
General administrative support for account managers
Help with planning and set up of exhibitionsWhat you’ll need:
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Can-do attitude
High level of accuracy
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Team player
Good knowledge of MS office in particular excel
Bright and enthusiastic about the health food industry
