Were looking for a Jewellery Sales Advisor / Stock Coordinator to join our growing team someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about jewellery, heritage, and customer experience.

Role Overview

This role combines in-person client advisory with back-of-house stock coordination. Youll support the journey of each piece from intake and quality control through to in-store presentation and sale.

Youll manage product information, maintain stock accuracy, and ensure every piece is beautifully presented and ready for our discerning customers and collectors.

This is an in-person role, including weekend work as part of the regular rota.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Advisory

  • Welcome and assist clients during in-person appointments and showroom visits.
  • Provide knowledgeable, confident guidance on antique jewellery, provenance, and craftsmanship.
  • Support customers through the purchasing process, offering a refined and personalised experience.
  • Contribute to meeting sales targets and maintaining exceptional client service standards.
  • Stock & Data Management

  • Input and update product details in our stock system (internal database and Shopify), including titles, descriptions, materials, measurements, and pricing.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure physical and digital records match.
  • Organise items efficiently, assigning SKU codes and ensuring consistent naming and categorisation.
  • Generate reports on stock levels, product movement, and listing progress.
  • Condition & Quality Control

  • Check all jewellery pieces for condition, cleanliness, and completeness before listing or sale.
  • Record and track items requiring repair, resizing, or cleaning.
  • Liaise with our workshop and customers to monitor progress and ensure all items meet presentation standards.
  • Maintain repair and service logs for reference and accountability.
  • General Administration

  • Prepare and maintain accurate documents, stock reports, and audit files.
  • Support the operations and e-commerce teams with data checks and content updates.
  • Help ensure all systems and records are consistent across departments.
  • Skills & Experience

    Essential

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in luxury sales or high-end retail.
  • Strong understanding of delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Competent with Shopify, Google Sheets, and/or Excel.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong written English and confident communication skills.
  • Availability for weekend work.
  • Desirable

  • Gem-A qualification (DGA/FGA) or equivalent gemmological training.
  • Basic knowledge of jewellery, including materials, hallmarks, and gemstone types.
  • Experience with antique or fine jewellery sales.
  • Background in luxury or heritage retail environments.

  • Collaborative and comfortable working with small specialist teams.

    Full time, Weekends may be required
