As a Sales Advisor based in our Brimsdown branch you’ll be responsible for:  

• Serving customers at the trade counter with product advice tailored to their needs.

• Responding promptly and professionally to phone and email enquiries

• Helping in the warehouse when needed with general warehouse duties.

• Proactively seeking opportunities to grow sales with both new and existing customers.

In this role you will be working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday on a shift rotation one week 07:00am - 16:00pm the following week 08:00am - 17:00pm

• Dependable team player, prepared to support in all areas of the branch in this varied role.

• Customer service or sales experience

• Experience in the trade/merchant environment is a desirable – but not essential

• Great communication skills and a customer-first approach
