This very successful and large organisation is seeking a sales adviser to join their team due to an increase in business. They are a well-established and long-standing organisation that operate within the manufacturing and supplier industry and are well-known within their market. They are passionate about their people and offer excellent opportunities for development and progression.
Your new role
This is an exciting opportunity as it offers progression and career development. Initially, you will be taking on an administrative role where you will be responsible for supporting with customer queries, providing quotes to clients, following up on quotes and including following up on leads, raising contracts for clients and providing pricing. This will also give you the time to get to know the company's products and fully understand their processes. Further down the line, you will then be responsible for developing their customer base, meeting new customers, including visiting them on-site and being responsible for your own customers and products.
What you'll need to succeed
For this role, your previous experience working in sales will help you succeed, and you are interested in sales and developing a career within it. You need to be ambitious, self-motivated and driven where you are now looking for a role that you can make a career out of. You're an excellent communicator and can build lasting relationships with customers and can get on well with others. You're able to multitask and are a problem-solver alongside excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. You will also need a full driving licence for this role.
What you'll get in return
You will receive an excellent salary between £25,000 - £27,000 depending on experience. You will also receive a very generous package including a holiday allowance, bonus scheme, hybrid working, pension, on-site parking and other excellent benefits.
