Our client, a fast-growing van finance provider, is on the lookout for personable, confident, and ambitious Sales Advisors to join their expanding team. If you thrive on building relationships, enjoy fast-paced sales, and are hungry for a new challenge — this is the role for you.

What We’re Looking For Someone confident with customers , comfortable speaking with different people and handling multiple parties in a sale A personable, relationship-builder who enjoys helping customers make quick decisions Previous experience in a sales role — e.g. holiday packages, insurance, finance, or any fast-turnaround sales environment Hungry to hit targets, resilient, and thrives under pressure Excellent communicator with a positive, energetic approach

What You’ll Earn Base salary: £26,000 OTE: Up to £60,000 Weekly team incentives 21 days paid leave (+ bank holidays and extra leave each year)

What You’ll Be Doing Turning warm finance leads into successful sales Talking to customers, understanding their needs, and matching them with the right deal Building trust and rapport with customers, lenders, and dealers alike Managing quick turnaround sales while delivering a personable, five-star customer experience

Working Hours Shifts: 08:00–17:00, and one late (10:00–19:00) per week Weekends: 1 in 3 Saturdays (09:00–16:00) and Sundays (10:00–16:00)
