The Role

You'll play a key role in generating and developing sales within an established customer base, while also identifying new business opportunities. This is a varied role that blends customer service, sales, and administration and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and seeing results.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring outstanding customer care.
  • Prepare accurate quotations and process customer orders.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow and retain business.
  • Execute outbound campaigns and follow up on leads.
  • Oversee more complex customer requests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and support internal compliance processes.
  • Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months' experience in a sales or customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Positive, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
