Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client service through genuine interactions and expert styling advice.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while supporting overall team goals.
  • Maintain impeccable product presentation and contribute to the brand’s visual identity.
  • Stay informed on current fashion trends, brand collections, and the luxury market.
  • Handle point-of-sale processes, after-sales follow-up, and ensure seamless client journeys.
  • Uphold the brand’s values, image, and standards at all times.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in luxury retail or premium customer service (fashion.).
  • A refined sense of style and a genuine passion for luxury and design.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — polished, confident, and empathetic.
  • Proven ability to drive sales while delivering an elevated customer experience.
