As a Sales Advisor based in our Gaerwen branch you’ll be responsible for:

  • Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations

  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude

  • Working within the warehouse - (This will involve manual handling heavy stock boilers, radiators, sinks and toilets)

  • Loading and unloading stock

  • Booking stock in and putting it away in the designated location

  • Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency

    • This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday - and Saturday mornings on a rota basis -

    And here’s what we’d like you to have:

  • Experience in the Plumbing & Heating Industry is ideal

  • A full UK Manual Driving Licence is essential

  • Warehouse experience

  • The ability to deliver outstanding customer service

  • To be a team player who is happy to assist in all areas to ensure the smooth running of the branch

  • Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethic
