This is a permanent opportunity to lead on the strategic disposal of housing assets, statutory sales, and leasehold transactions, while managing a small, high-performing team. You'll drive the asset disposals programme, delivering a compliant, cost-effective, and customer-focused service that meets regulatory requirements and achieves ambitious performance targets.
