Our client, a well-established and growing logistics company, is seeking a Sales and Development Executive to join their friendly and dynamic team on a permanent basis in Purfleet. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for sales and a strong background in freight forwarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities using both self-generated leads and those provided by the Sales and Operations teams.
Drive sales growth across import and export services.
Work flexibly between office-based and field-based responsibilities.
Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for clients.
Perform additional duties as required to support the team and business objectives.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in freight forwarding.
Demonstrated success in sales and business development.
Strong understanding of the global freight industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation abilities and a results-driven mindset.
