Sales and Customer Service Administrator Eurosurgical is a private Ltd company providing surgical equipment, instruments, and devices to the medical profession. Our customers are the NHS and Private Hospitals within the UK. Located in Merrow, Guildford, our office is the hub for the main business activities, from managing sales enquiries, quoting, invoicing, shipment of goods and customer service. Working in our customer service sales office team, you would be required to perform the customer services and sales functions which include quotations, telephone inquiries, and creating customer orders. We are looking for someone who is keen to learn and quick to pick up new skills. You would be working alongside trained helpful staff and this is a great opportunity for someone to develop within a growing company. Office based at Merrow Business Park, Guildford. No Remote Working. This is initially a 12 month role, but with the potential for extending or becoming permanent. Responsibilities
Creating sales orders within Pegasus Opera Sales Ordering system Managing customer enquiries via email and telephone General office duties Quotations and supporting sales inquiries Occasional logistics warehouse cover Website management Email marketing
Skills and Experience
Good skills in Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel, Outlook Knowledge of Opera Pegasus (ERP) or similar sales invoicing system would be advantageous Good communication skills to deal with customers and suppliers Problem solving for customer support and other queries Positive, highly motivated, keen to learn, with a can-do approach and detail-oriented
