Brigadiers and Trishna are on the lookout for a dedicated and dynamic Sales & Events Manager to become an integral part of our team. The successful candidate will be approachable, personable and passionate about the London dining scene. This role will drive events bookings across both Brigadiers and Trishna.

Trishna
Located in the heart of Londons Marylebone Village, Trishna delivers a contemporary taste of Indian coastal cuisine, and an extensive wine list that focuses on emerging regions and fine wines from niche producers and boutique wineries from all over the world. The informal and pared back aesthetic of the interiors, offset with antique mirrors, marble table tops and original wooden panelling offer a sociable neighbourhood dining atmosphere, with terrace doors that open onto Blandford Street, creating a semi-alfresco ambience throughout the restaurant. Trishna was awarded a Michelin Star in 2012.
Brigadiers
Inspired by the army mess bars of India, where military regiments go to eat, drink and socialise, Brigadiers accommodates 140 covers internally with a further 34 on an outdoor terrace. Encouraging socialising and camaraderie, live sport is shown on demand in selected rooms, whilst pool and classic card games is offered for those who wish to play while they eat and drink. The food offering focuses on different methods of Indian barbecue, utilising tandoors, charcoal grills, rotisseries, wood ovens and classic Indian smokers. The drinks offering marries together the food and social spirit of the restaurant with beer, whisky, cocktails on tap and large serves.
The role
Reporting to the Head of Sales, Reservations and Events, the Sales and Event Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving proactive sales, managing all confirmed events, and leading a Sales and Events Executive. A well-connected individual with a strong black book of London City contacts, a proven track record in proactive event sales, and a passion for networking. You will be responsible for driving exclusive and semi-exclusive hires, building long-term client relationships, and delivering exceptional event experiences. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, a strategic thinker and a hands-on team leader.
