We have partnered with a forward thinking dealership, that has over 40 years of experience in the heavy plant, new and used equipment services industry and is looking to grow their team with the addition of a Sales and Services Administrator across the two departments. The Sales and Services administrator would have experience in an administrative position, knowledge of heavy plant equipment and the ability to work in a fast pace environment. Role: Sales and Services AdministratorSalary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum Location: Within a reasonable commute of Corby Responsibilities for Sales and Services administrator:Weekly stock checks and list distribution to the sales teamProcessing deal sheets and ensuring trade-in machine details are accurateConducting HPI checks on trade-in equipmentCalculating salesperson commissionsCoordinating invoicing with customers and finance companiesLiaising with the internal finance team on trade-ins, finance invoicing, and subsidy claimsRegistering machines on manufacturer and internal systemsPurchasing warranty packages and applying for OEM rebatesManaging engine warranty registrationsHire fleet invoicing and managing hire contractsProviding cover for the Sales Office Controller when required Uploading machine services to the manufacturer portalInstalling sold machines on the manufacturer platform and dealer management systemLiaising with the warranty team for warranty job invoicing Monitoring machine performance and communicating with customers Purchasing service-related items and managing purchase order allocations with internal financeAssisting with incoming customer calls as a second point of contact Providing cover for the Service Controller during absenceKey Competences:IT literate, strong knowledge of all Microsoft packages including Excel and teamsAbility to multitask and manage time effectively under pressure Full UK Driving licence Previous experience in plant machinery or agricultural or automotive Strong organisational skillsStrong communication skillsAttention to detail Process driven Please apply online or email harriett.green@elitecn.co.uk
