About the Role:

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant with FLT Counterbalance to join a well-established Builders Merchant operating at their site in Congleton. This exciting role offers a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced trade environment, assisting both trade and retail customers with their building material needs.

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service both over the phone and face-to-face at the trade counter. You’ll be responsible for advising on products, processing orders, and ensuring that customers get the materials they need to complete their projects efficiently. As an FLT Counterbalance Driver, you will also be providing support during busy periods on the yard.
