Salary: £29,000 + 10% Monthly Bonus


About the Brand:

A renowned French luxury cutlery and homeware brand, blending craftsmanship with contemporary design. With a boutique and in-house workshop, they specialize in customized, high-quality pieces, offering a unique and personalized shopping experience.


The Role:

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be part of a small, dedicated team of four, where everyone plays a key role in the boutique’s daily operations. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys clienteling, providing exceptional customer service, and working in an artisanal retail environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm, tailored shopping experience to local and loyal clientele.
  • Assist customers in selecting and customizing their pieces.
  • Contribute to daily boutique upkeep, including cleaning and organization.
  • Work collaboratively in a close-knit team where everyone is a keyholder.
  • Support sales targets and benefit from a monthly performance-based bonus.


What They’re Looking For:

  • A personable, service-driven individual with a passion for homeware, craftsmanship, and luxury retail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required to ensure clear, effective communication with all management and staff.
  • Proven luxury experience, driving sales and meeting sales targets.
  • Experience in clienteling is a plus.
