The Boat Yard is a well-known antiques business in Jersey, specialising in unique and timeless pieces. We are looking for a Full-Time Sales & Online Assistant to join our team. This role involves working weekends with days off during the week.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers in-store, delivering excellent service and product knowledge

Manage sales transactions both in person and online

Photograph and list antiques for sale across websites and social media platforms

Maintain and update online listings to ensure accuracy and appeal

Respond to customer enquiries, both in-store and online

Help create engaging social media posts to promote stock and events

Keep the shop floor tidy, well-presented, and inviting

Skills & Experience:

Previous retail or customer service experience preCore skills required
