We are currently looking for a passionate Business Development Executive, to join our Sales and Marketing Department on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences, where we care about careers and not just jobs.
As a Business Development Executive, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
· Account manage existing keys accounts tracking and growing revenue along with gaining and developing new accounts for agreed target markets.
· To increase the volume of UK and overseas residential events held at the hotel.
· Full sales function, including pre- sales activities, preparing quotations, research all potential clients gathering all market intelligence through initially telemarketing, as well as handling post sales activities
· To meet and exceed monthly agreed targets for telesales, appointments and revenue targets.
· To recommend membership of relevant associations, sales trips and trade shows that will benefit the Hotel in achieving its budget.
You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
